Fundraising Stall this weekend.
We are pleased to announce our Fundraising Stall will be held on 2-3 December 2023, at all Masses. There will be delicious home—baked items and a range of craft items and plants suitable for Christmas gifts. The proceeds will go equally to Louise Sullivan’s Sudan ‘Education for Peace’ charity (please see below copy of email message and photos recevied recently from Louise) and to the Ethiopian fistula hospital.
We welcome any contributions of baked goods or craft items from parishioners.
Advent Angels
To make this Advent season special the Peace Through Justice Group has made some small, beautifully handcrafted wooden angels with candles, for children.
Six designs and each comes with four candles for each Sunday of Advent.
They are meant for the table and the candles are lit each Sunday in Advent to remind the children to prepare for the birth of our saviour.
Cost: $7.00 each* (*see flyer for more details on pricing).
