Toowong & District Historical Society
Last Friday the ‘Toowong & District Historical Society’ held a book launch for their latest publication titled ‘Toowong: Twenty Memories of Yesteryear‘ (the book was launched by Denver Beanland).
This edition is dedicated to the late member of TDHS and Toowong parishioner, Percy Hanlon; also features a story by long-standing parishioner Bernie Kunkel plus parishioners may remember Sr Ursula Markham rsm and others whose stories are featured in this edition (see below for list of the contributor’ names and the titles of their articles).
