Join Toowong Parish for a bus trip and luncheon at Albert River Winery, Tamborine on Thursday 20th June 2024.
The history of Auchenflower House will be revealed. Everyone will have a chance to share stories of local parish history.

Toowong Parish has come full circle with the return of the Jesuits! When they first arrived in 1916, the parish included Indooroopilly and St Lucia. Over time, each suburb formed their own parish. In 2024, the three parishes have come together again to form a “Community of Communities”.
To celebrate this historical moment, Toowong Parish is inviting you to join us on a bus trip to have lunch at Albert River Wines located at Tamborine. The venue is the current home of Auchenflower House which once served as the Monastery for the Carmelite Order in Auchenflower.
